About the Artist
Biography.
Douglas Lord works at the boundary of sculpture, installation, and found material. Drawing from the Northern Rivers landscape, his practice investigates how objects hold memory and resist categorisation. Lord has exhibited at institutions across regional New South Wales and been the subject of a number of significant private acquisitions. He lives and works in Byron Bay.
